Confirmation of order

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail to let you know your order has been received. We will then e-mail you again when your order has been processed and we will brief you on the payment and courier/shipping details etc before confirming the final order status.

Your order is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After you place an order, TradeReseller.com. will determine whether or not to fill the order and may refuse or limit your order for any reason. Reasons include, but not limited to, availability, discontinued product, or suspected fraud.

In the case of discontinued product we may offer a suitable replacement agreed upon through e-mail. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this website. Product descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge but specifications could be changed by the manufacturer or be in error.

Out of Stock

While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we may run out of popular items. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered we will e-mail you as soon as possible to let you know when it will be available.

Payment Terms

We only accept bank-in, TT, wire-transfer and/or local (Malaysia) cheque. All charges are made in Malaysian Ringgit. We will only dispatch our product(s) upon receiving your payment. If you purchase a large quantity of products, you may discuss with us the arrangement of payments.

If you elect to pay by cheque, postal details will be sent to you by e-mail on confirmation of your order. Orders paid for by cheque will be dispatched after as your cheque has cleared.

You can also deposit your payment directly to our bank account or send payment using Western Union - details will be sent to you by e-mail on confirmation of your order. Orders paid for by direct credit will be dispatched after the funds have cleared.

Orders are not binding upon TradeReseller.com until accepted by us. We remain the owners of the products we supply to you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe to us for all the products.

Colours and Representations

Different computer screens may display colours slightly differently, and so the images on this site are to be used as a representation of the products appearance only.

Additionally, manufacturers reserve the right to change colours and features of the products without notice. When we are made aware of these changes, we will update the web site to match, but sometimes this means that colours and features of the products supplied may differ from those given on this site.
