Local, Customs and International Purchases

All products delivered/shipped by Strategic Sales & Marketing on behalf of TradeReseller.com to customers may be subject to additional courier, shipping and customs charges. Any such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is considered to be the importer of record, and as such is solely responsible for compliance to all import laws and regulations of the country to which goods are shipped. Please also be aware that international shipments may be subject to inspections by customs officials and may be opened.

Returns Policy

Within 7 days of delivery of your shipment from TradeReseller.com you may return any item, if it is damaged or defective before you received it, to recieve an account credit for the full purchase price of the returned item, provided that the returned item is:

• Unopened and still in the original packaging
• The original packing slip is included along with the returned item

Please be aware that we cannot accept the return of any item that has been opened or returned more than 7 days past the original delivery date. Only items purchased from TradeReseller.com will be accepted for returns. Returned items will result in store credit only, and cannot be directly refunded or exchanged for a different item.

What if the item is Damaged or Defective?

All products from TradeReseller.com are of the highest quality, however, in the case that any item is damaged or defective TradeReseller.com will gladly replace the item once the original defective unit has been returned.

Refunds

You will be notified via email as soon as your returned item has been recieved and processed. The email will contain the full details of the return, including shipping dates, amount paid, and the amount that has been credited to your account.
