Warranty On TradeReseller Products
TradeReseller only chooses to stock the very best quality products from professional China manufacturers. The quality is guaranteed.
All products that arrive in our China warehouse are checked for perfect appearance and correct functionality.
Our packing staff check again to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the electrical / socket adapters are correct for your country.
(Please note in the case of region-specific items such as PAL / NTSC TV / Video Color Regions, digital TV, GSM mobile phones etc you are responsible for ordering the correct units and we will send you exactly what you order.)
12 MONTHS WARRANTY
- If a problem occurs with a product, we will support you with advice, and if necessary give you instructions how to return it to US or need be to China for a repair, replacement, or credit towards buying a different model.
- Please check out the advice given at the product problem section below on what to do if you have a current product problem.
If you have any difficulties whatsoever with the products, or you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, you can contact us and we will discuss the issue in an open, honest way.
We do not believe companies should ignore their customers or try to hide from problems. We will do our best to deal with your enquiries promptly and helpfully.
Exceptions to Warranty
- The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.
- The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products or wear and tear.
- Batteries have a special condition applied to them due to impracticability of applying a 12 month rule, please check the battery faulty section below.
Product Problem
Manufacturers for TradeReseller undertake the strictest Quality Control of any China supplier you could find. Their factories have their own quality control processes! And every order is check to confirm the product is correct, in perfect condition, and working perfectly.
But sometimes things can go wrong... that is why we back all our products with a 12-month guarantee.

What to do...
- Always contact us first. Provide your order number and the product code. We can help clarify what the problem is.
- Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back.
- You are covered by our 12 month guarantee. So if the product does not work, we will help you send it back to us to us or need be to China to get a repair, replacement, or credit.
Battery is faulty
We all know it from our cell phones... batteries can be a headache. Some batteries are great and seemingly last forever. Other batteries of exactly the same type start to run out quicker, and do not hold charge as well. The lifetime of a battery depends heavily on how often you have used the device, your charging habits, how full or empty the battery has been and how many times, as well as environmental influences such as heat and humidity. Rechargeable batteries can also be permanently reduced in capacity by leaving them completely drained for a long period of time.
For the reason that it is pretty hard to tell if a battery is "faulty" or not after a time, or just simply worn out by your own use, please note our policy as follows:
- If, within 1 month of receiving your new products, the batteries will not recharge, or appear to drain too fast, contact us with your order number and the product code, and we will give you information about what levels it should be functioning at. If it is faulty, we will send you new batteries.
- As with other accessories, you may need to place a new order to have us include free replacement accessories, or else pay a small delivery fee. This is unfortunately a necessary policy to prevent freeloaders from taking advantage of our warranty.
- If you have been using your product for over a month and there seems to be a problem, please contact us to discuss the issue. The usual solution is for us to send you new batteries for free with a new order, or charge you a small fee for a special accessories delivery.
- If you are buying in wholesale quantities for resale in your own shop, we advise you to support your customers directly vis-a-vis the battery issue. For a small extra fee we can add extra batteries into every new product box when you order, or send you bulk packets of new batteries. Please speak to your Chinavasion sales representative when getting a quotation for your new order.
